Web Content Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
The Web Content Marketing Manager is responsible for the successful implementation of Westfield’s company website (westfieldinsurance.com) and digital marketing efforts. Manages and executes digital marketing strategies for the website to drive revenue growth, customer centric digital experiences, web property and platform capabilities that deliver business value. Under the direction of the Chief Communication Officer, Marketing Leader and the Media Content Strategy Leader, the Web Content Marketing Manager is responsible for developing web content consistent with business needs, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and digital advertising content for the enterprise. Utilizing and gathering analytics and marketplace data, the Web Content Marketing Manager serves as an adviser, applies knowledge to strategies and recommends solutions to attain business goals. This position will work with other business units to integrate Westfield’s website into their strategy.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of work experience in digital marketing.
- 2+ years of work experience managing company website, SEO/SEM (Search Engine Optimization/Search Engine Marketing), and digital advertising campaigns.
- 1+ years of direct or indirect leadership experience (e.g. acting as a project manager, serving as a subject matter expert or mentor).
- Experience developing content and site architecture (CRM & Sitecore experience, preferred).
- Background in marketing analytics, analytical methods, and/or digital marketing analytics systems. (Google analytics and SEM Rush are plus). Including experience utilizing data and scorecards to measure progress against KPIs.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tell the digital story and gain stakeholder alignment.
- 2+ years of experience working in agile projects, including the ability to write/edit user stories and work with UX teams on user interface design.
- Exceptional project management skills, including:
- Experience successfully delivering on objectives
- Experience introducing idea(s) and influencing action(s) with key stakeholders
- Experience managing high workloads, complexity, and challenging deadlines including the ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Vendor management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience.

- Ability to work effectively in an office environment for 40+ hours per week (including sitting, standing, and working on a computer for extended periods of time).
- Ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative work environment utilizing various technologies such as: telephone, computer, web, voice, teleconferencing, e-mail, etc.
- Ability to travel as required.
