Product Owner
- Previous leadership or founder experience at a tech startup with a successful build of sustainable, thriving but, stable business and team or leader of a corporate innovation that developed new business models or additional product or service line extensions in a product centric company that is complex and known for new product development
- Successful leadership of digital, data driven products through commercialization; demonstrated experience developing profitable strategies and releasing products that meet and exceed business objectives
- Experience working at the cutting edge of a trend driven by new technologies or a shift in consumer preferences (ex: product powered by machine learning/AI)
- Metrics driven day to day operational leadership, building & monitoring KPIs to evaluate success against the strategy
- Evidence of applied thought leadership to take unique business model through next generation development
- Accountability for and management of P&L for a product, cash flow for a company, ability to illustrate and explain variances
- Ability to influence without authority and rally a team around a vision plus communicate across a variety of diverse stakeholders (executional team, advisory groups, end users, vendor partners.) Excellent detailed written and verbal communication skills, possibly including some user interface documentation skills
- Collaborative, results-driven critical thinker to lead the development and refinement of the new venture based on deep customer insights
- Subject matter expertise in the restaurant technology industry with working knowledge of how to develop solutions for this market
